Bas kismat ne hi badal di saari kahani.

I tried to write my own story with pride,
But destiny had a different page kept inside,
Now I just go wherever the wind takes me.

Milna aur bichadna toh naseeb ki baat hai,
Kaun kehta hai ke ye sirf hamare hath hai,
Wohi hota hai jo khuda ne pehle hi likha hota hai.

Don’t be sad if things are not going your way,
Better things are coming for you one fine day,
Just trust the timing of your life and stay strong.
Wait for your turn because luck always takes time.

Zindagi ne humein bahut kuch sikhaya hai,
Kabhi hasaya hai toh kabhi khoob rulaya hai,
Kismat ke har mod par humne khud ko akela paya hai,
Magar phir bhi humne chalna kabhi nahi chhoda hai.

No matter how hard I pray for a better day,
My kismat seems to be testing my patience every hour,

Dukh is baat ka nahi ke kismat ne sath nahi diya,
Gham toh is baat ka hai ke tumne bhi na samjha,
Humne toh apni puri duniya tumhare naam kar di thi,
Magar shayad hamare naseeb mein tumhari wafa nahi thi.

I loved you with everything I had in me,

Humein toh laga tha ke tum hamare ho,
Magar kismat ne dikhaya ke tum kisi aur ke sitare ho.

Sachi mohabbat aksar kismat walo ko hi milti hai,
Warna har kisi ki kismat mein wafa kahan likhi hoti hai,

Kismat ki maar se insaan toot zaroor jata hai,
Magar jo ladna jaante hain wo hi jeet pate hain,

Mehnat itni karo ke kismat bhi bol uthe,
Le le beta, ye toh tera hi haq hai.
